The hotel was rebuilt after the extensive reconstruction in 2004-2005. In order to improve the quality of the services provided, the hotel underwent further reconstruction and modernization in 2015.
By the end of 2016, the hotel has opened its wellness and fitness center.
Nowadays, the hotel is being reconstructed and modernization including rooms, corridors and other premises, also with the inclusion renewal of the facade.
The hotel is close to a railway and bus station in the immediate vicinity of the park with an outdoor playground. Kosice-Barca International Airport is 90 km away.
Currently the hotel offers 45 Standard, deLuxe single or double rooms and suites for 80 guests.

After the above-mentioned reconstruction at the end of 2018, guests will have at disposal 84 beds in 45 rooms and Hotel Karpatia will become modern equipped meeting the most demanding demands for higher standards and for present-day.
